1. Age Restriction and Eligibility
This Service is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By creating an account, checking the age confirmation box during registration, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction;
- the jurisdiction from which you access the Service does not prohibit the viewing, access, or use of sexually explicit or adult content; and
- you are legally capable of entering into and complying with these Terms.
The Service contains or may be used in connection with adult-oriented material intended only for consenting adults. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for preventing access to the Service by minors or unauthorized persons. Sharing, transferring, selling, or allowing access to your account by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that a user is underage, has provided false age information, or has allowed a minor to access the Service through their account.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service is a user-controlled technical platform designed to automate the management and recording of publicly accessible live streams selected by users from supported third-party platforms. It allows users to configure “slots,” assign selected streams to those slots, and automatically record those streams when they become available.
The Service provides temporary storage and download access for recordings and operates on a subscription basis using credits. It also provides notification features such as email, in-app alerts, and Telegram messages.
The Service is strictly a technical tool. It does not host, own, control, or operate any third-party platforms or their content.
3. Adult Content Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that the Service may be used in relation to adult-oriented content made available on third-party platforms. Such content may include sexually explicit material, and you confirm that you choose to access and interact with it voluntarily and at your own discretion.
We do not create, produce, or distribute any such content. All responsibility for selecting and accessing content lies entirely with the user.
4. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, or legal basis to access and record any content you select through the Service.
We do not review, verify, or approve user-selected content sources. We also do not guarantee that any third-party platform permits the use of automation, monitoring, or recording tools.
5. Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe they are being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that may create legal, technical, or security risk.
6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Pricing
The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are used to activate subscription plans, and each plan provides defined limits such as the number of slots, supported platforms, replacement limits, and storage duration.
Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription benefits only apply while a plan is active. We may update pricing, features, or limits from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice where required.
7. Slots and Stream Management
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of slots. Each slot represents one active stream selection. Users may assign or replace stream sources within the limits of their plan.
The system is designed to allow controlled replacement of selected streams. However, excessive or abusive use of this functionality may result in restrictions or suspension of the account.
8. Automated Recording
When a stream assigned to a slot becomes active, the Service will automatically begin recording it. This process does not require manual intervention after initial configuration.
Because the Service depends on external platforms, we do not guarantee uninterrupted recording, continuous availability, or consistent access to third-party streams.
9. Storage and Expiration
Recordings are stored temporarily based on the user’s subscription plan. Depending on the plan, storage may last up to seventy-two hours or up to seven days. After this period, recordings are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Users are responsible for downloading their recordings before they expire.
10. Downloads
Users may download recordings while they remain available in their account. Downloads are not limited during the retention period. However, we do not guarantee any long-term storage or archival of content, and users are responsible for maintaining their own copies.
11. Supported Platforms
The Service may work with selected third-party streaming platforms. These platforms are not owned, controlled, or operated by us. Availability of recording functionality may change at any time due to changes in those platforms.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform, and we do not guarantee compatibility or continued support.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws. You also agree not to attempt to bypass system limitations, interfere with system security, or misuse the Service in a way that disrupts its operation.
You must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.
13. Notifications
We may send service-related notifications through email, in-app messages, or Telegram if you choose to connect it. These messages may include updates about recordings, account activity, or system changes.
14. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or changes in third-party platforms.
15. Platform Compliance and Third-Party Responsibility
The Service interacts with third-party platforms based on user configuration. These platforms are not controlled by us, and users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with the terms and conditions of those platforms as well as applicable laws.
We do not guarantee that any third-party platform permits or supports automation or recording.
16. No Affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party platforms accessed through the Service. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
17. Content Ownership and Hosting
We do not host, publish, or distribute any third-party content. All recordings are created at the request of the user and are stored temporarily for private access only. After the retention period, they are automatically deleted.
We do not claim ownership of any recorded content.
18. Copyright and Content Removal Requests
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that content processed through the Service infringes your rights, you may submit a content removal request.
We will review valid requests and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the relevant material.
To submit a request, please contact us with the following information:
- identification of the copyrighted work
- identification of the material in question
- proof of ownership or authorization
- your contact details
- a statement that you believe the use is not authorized
We may request additional information if needed to process your request.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of data, including expired or deleted recordings, nor for the availability, legality, or reliability of third-party platforms or content sources.
We are also not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
